Cheap PC that can stream Minecraft at 60FPS?

hi guys, I'm not very good with computers, their parts, etc. For YT, I've been wanting to stream Minecraft at 60 FPS but my current computer can't do it, so I was wondering if you guys know where I can get a good computer that can stream Minecraft at 60 FPS.
