Thank you for making the tech community inclusive to all

Thank you for making the tech community inclusive to all except the people who wore a hat, made jokes, or all the cancelled ones and the ones I found offensive or Iranians because sanctions.I am very happy to see that we, as a community are now taking actions against the racism and police brutality by changing the common terms, renaming things that we found offensive, and canceling those idiots who tried to express their opinions, instead of increasing the minimum wage and labor conditions. Actually, my boss was very happy that we as a tech community got some leads and sales this time. Last time we tried to stood against HK we saw a massive sales drop from Chinese. This time they are very happy. While we are at the point of reforming the tech industry and making it inclusive, I would love to share things that I want to see as a change. It is now or never.Ban non-white shoes - Wearing a non-white shoes makes an impression of oppression. Shoes should always be white or the color of any marginalized community. I know it is non-contextual but anyway.Rename push and pull, to something less sexual. My kids code too and whenever I push or pull commits I get images of having sex with my partner.Promote cancel culture - There are lots of idiots out there who try to express their opinion. We should fire them all and instead hire people who agree with our point of view (I know some people who are looking for jobs. They may not have the skills but they agree with me). It is not a personal attack it is a consequence of expressing your opinion, even if you were not hired that time.I wish we keep fostering this healthy community. Would love to hear your opinions which I agree with. Please leave your Twitter handle so I get you fired.Thank you for reading till here. I stand with everyone as I am a minority too but no in the US. But all these bullshit has nothing to do with what we stand for. Of course, there are some terms that may be changed but what difference does it make?If we are really serious about making changes, lets stand up for equality in wages, working conditions, harassment, bullying and sexism in workspaces. The reason that all these things happen is because we remain silent so we don't get fired and bullied. But if we don't stop these things the tech community will be fucked up. via /r/technology https://ift.tt/30JFhr5
