What toxic social media companies do I need to delete?

I’m currently in the process of deleting everything Facebook. This means Instagram, WhatsApp and messenger mainly because I’ve been reading a lot about the way the handle your personal data etc. Is there any other companies like this I shouldn’t support ? I’ve heard that google may be a bit invasive too but I’m not sure how bad they are etc.Can anyone shed light on what apps/companies I should be using and which ones I shouldn’t?
